A peaceful trail through medieval hilltop villages, ancient woods, and timeless landscapes—tailored for your pace.
This trek is a loop of about 90 km in southwestern Umbria, around the Amerini Mountains.
It winds through intact medieval villages, silent woods, ancient walls, and rural scenery far from tourist crowds. It connects history, nature, peace, and local culture in every step.
You can walk the full loop, or select portions of it. Whether you have just a few days or a full stretch of time, I’ll build an itinerary that matches your interests and fitness level.
Full Loop (~5 days)
Walk the complete 90 km experience, with 5 stages through quiet forests, ancient villages, and scenic overlooks.
Shorter Sections
Want less walking or limited time? Choose segments—for example 2-3 days—focusing on the most beautiful villages or panoramic views.
Custom Route
Combine, skip, slow down: I will personalize the route, choosing villages, woods, rest days, to make it your own.

This route is best from April / May through October, when trails are clear and accommodations are operating.
For other months, we can design a modified version suited to the season.
